MARCH 2011 - California Attorney General Kamala Harris, with Mayor Ryan Coonerty and Deputy Police Chief Steve Clark, announce an arrest in the 2008 rape of a coffee shop employee near the Small Craft Harbor. The suspect was located using DNA evidence traced to him through a family member - only the second time the technique has been successfully used in California.
